Training
Residential cleaning is a skilled trade.  Our #1 goal: 100% Customer Satisfaction. In order to ensure the highest quality of service that our company has become famous for, we put a lot of effort into training. 

Each new employee needs to learn AspenClean processes. We have developed these processes over time and are continuously improving them to deliver high quality, effective, and non-toxic cleaning services. Most efficient cleaning techniques, time management skills, and proper use of AspenClean products are just a few examples of many areas covered during training.

Benefits and Remuneration
Our employees are paid a higher rate for their cleaning time and a lower rate for travel time.  All hours are paid for.  Everybody's pay is subject to personal taxes withholding.  The Employment Insurance and Canada Pension Plan benefits are paid on behalf of each employee.  In addition to regular pay, each employee is entitled to all statutory holiday pay, as well as 2 weeks vacations.  We also offer a Quarterly Gainsharing Incentive program for employees who have been with the company for 3 months or more.  Each AspenClean employee is covered by Worker's Compensation.

We are in the process of evaluating various benefits options and are planning to add a benefit package to the remuneration of qualified employees.

We provide a respectful working environment with opportunities for advancements.  Our company has been in business for nearly 6 years.  Over 70% of our employees have been with us for more than 1 year.
