Carpet Cleaning

We charge based on size of the area that requires carpet cleaning for both apartmetns and homes.

Apartment carpet cleaning rates are based on the number of bedrooms. Included in the apartment estimate is carpet cleaning of all bedrooms, a hallway, other living areaa (living room, dining room, family room, etc). All areas must be on the same floor (i.e. no staricases).

House carpet cleaning rates are based on the number of rooms, hallways and staircases that require carpet cleaning. Rooms are considered to be any of the following: bedrooms, bathrooms, dining rooms, family rooms, kitchens, living rooms, offices, recreational rooms, etc.

Rates are valid for rooms up to 250 sqare feet in size. If a room is larger than 250 square feet a per square foot rate will apply to the amount above 250 sqare feet. If there is a large number of spots to be removed or vacuuming is required prior to steam cleaning, our technician will inform you of any price impact prior to starting the job.

Upholstery Cleaning

We charge based on the type of upholstered furnitue that requires cleaning. If there is a large number of spots to be removed or vacuuming is required prior to steam cleaning, our technician will inform you of any price impact prior to starting the job.

Area Rug Cleaning

We charge per square foot to clean your area rug.
