Each new employee needs to learn AspenClean processes. We have developed these processes over time and are continuously improving them to deliver high quality, effective, and non-toxic cleaning services. Most efficient cleaning techniques, time management skills, and proper use of AspenClean products are just a few examples of many areas covered during training. Customer Care & Dispatch Manager Responsibilities: • Fulfill all customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction • Provide cost estimates and pricing information to potential and existing clientele • Respond to all customer service inquiries and manage customer requests for service • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction; follow escalation path to ensure prompt resolution of all customer concerns • Set and optimize daily schedule of jobs while taking multiple constraints and considerations into account • Dispatch, direct and conducting regular communication with field employees • Capture, update, and maintain accuracy of customer database • Perform any other office and operations related tasks as assigned Requirements: You are a highly organized individual committed to providing excellent customer service.
