Customer Care Represetative

We are looking for an outcome-oriented and people-focused professional to join our team in the role of Customer Service Representative in West Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that every customer is met with the most exceptional customer service
  • Provide cost estimates and pricing to new and existing clients via phone, email and online chat
  • Set and optimize daily schedule of jobs while taking multiple constraints and considerations into account
  • Other administrative duties including, but not limited to, data entry, email etc.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and attend events as necessary
  • Overall you'll be an indispensable part of an exciting, growing company helping to make everything run smoothly and have fun doing it.

Successful candidate will be

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively

  • Experience using database systems, an asset
  • A valid driver's license, an asset
  • Required education: Diploma/Certificate

Your responsibilities are:

  •  Provide cost estimates and pricing to new and existing clients via phone, email and online chat
  •  Dispatch, direct and conduct regular communication with field employees
  •  Set and optimize daily schedule of jobs while taking multiple constraints and considerations into account
  •  Overall you'll be an indispensable part of an exciting, growing company helping to make everything run smoothly and have fun doing it.

Successful candidates will be:

  •  Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  •  Able to deal effectively with individuals or a group on a variety of work related issues
  •  Capable of dealing with issues and complaints quickly and effectively
  • Be proficient with computer applications and email, including Microsoft Word, Outlook etc. and database systems for scheduling and CRM

House Cleaning Team Member and Team Leader

We are looking for full-time cleaners/housekeepers to join our house cleaning teams as Team Members or Team Leaders. Our teams of housekeepers arrive to each house cleaning job fully equipped and use our own range of all-natural cleaning products. Location: Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto

The Position

  • Full-time cleaning / housekeeping job: 5 days a week Monday - Friday with rotational Saturday shifts. Daytime only - no nights!
  • You will meet at the AspenClean office at 7:45 am every morning. Occasional overtime maybe required.
  • Fully paid training in house cleaning and housekeeping will be provided. No cleaning experience necessary!
  • Uniforms and all cleaning materials including our natural cleaning products are provided

Job Requirements - Team Members

  • Physically fit
  • Positive attitude
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Background check is required

Job Requirements - Team Leaders

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Effective communication and leadership skills

Compensation/Benefits

  • Team Members: $14-15/hr + Paid Travel Time + Bonus + Car-Pooling
  • Team Leaders: $15-18/hr + Paid Travel Time + Bonus + Company Car + Company Cell Phone
