COVID-19 Safety Measures and Policy

We hope that you are staying safe and healthy.

Your safety has always been and continues to be our paramount concern. We want to assure you, that we will take all the necessary precautions to keep you and our teams safe and healthy.

After a careful review of our processes and the recommendations issued by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we have implemented a number of improvements for your safety. We constantly update and improve the procedures, taking into account all the available information. We have provided a summary of our policy, below.  Please contact our office if you require more details.

  • We have taken measure to reduce the number of staff entering the office, by limiting the office visits to team leaders, only.
  • We have taken measures to reduce interactions between the team members, to enforce the social distancing rules
  • We have trained our team members on the new procedures and provided checklists, to facilitate compliance
  • Our teams use Face Masks, Face Shields and other personal protection equipment, such as Gloves, Shoe Covers, etc.
  • The number of team members in the car has been limited to between 2-4. Conversations between team members are limited to those that are necessary, while driving.
  • We always use newly laundered and sanitized supplies so germs are not spread from home to home
  • Our vacuums, attachments and other re-usable supplies are disinfected between clients
  • Our cleaning cloths are laundered and sanitized daily
  • Our company vehicles' interiors are sanitized daily (as per checklist provided)
  • Teams are provided antiviral and antibacterial Hand Sanitizers to use regularly
  • To ensure social distancing, we request that clients are either away from their home or isolated in a particular room during the cleaning.  A reminder is sent to our clients before each visit.
  • We have a strict policy requiring any staff member experiencing any cold or flu symptoms to stay home
We have added disinfection services as an add on to your cleaning service. If chosen, our teams will disinfect light switches, doorknobs, and other “high touch” surfaces, with a Government of Canada approved disinfectant, that is effective against the Coronavirus, that causes COVID-19. The teams have been provided with a training to ensure safety and effectiveness of the products used.
