We charge based on the time, i.e. person-hours that our Team spends in your home.
Duration of Team's stay in your home multiplied by the number of people on the Team gives the number of person-hours. For example, a Team of three (3) people cleaning your home for one (1) hour is equal to three (3) person-hours.
You only pay for the time our team spends in your home.
Our teams arrive fully equipped with natural cleaning supplies, microfiber cloths and Hepa filter vacuums.
Cleaning time starts when the Team enters your home and it stops when they exit.
Our schedules are dynamic and finalized one business day in advance.
Your team will arrive within the time frame selected. We will provide you a specific one hour arrrival window one business day prior to your appointment.
AspenClean requires a credit card on file to complete your booking.
Your card will be pre-authorized before your appointment.
We will charge your credit card and email an invoice the day after the appointment.
Once you click 'Book My Appointment', one of our representatives will contact you to confirm your booking within 4 business hours!
